Every Department has its own association in order to facilitate the expression of creativity and talents in the subject-related endeavors.  Each Department offering Honours conducts a Seminar on the subject and papers are presented by the students themselves. “Departmental Fest” is celebrated in order to provide diverse platforms for its students to “learn by doing” and to showcase their subject-related talent in public. The winning Department is awarded a Departmental Fest Trophy and a cash award.
