** Entrance Test applies to only those applicants who did not make it to the First List (First Cycle) and those having less than 50% of marks (separately for English Core and major Electives) in the qualifying examination (Class XII exam). All applicants to B. Com course from Commerce Stream with less than 60% and ALL applicants from Arts stream (with Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics as one of the electives) will take an Entrance Aptitude Test.
After the expiry of the deadline for submission of application, the following steps are taken to ensure fair and streamlined admission process:
All Original Certificates should be produced at the time of admission only.
The Admission Process includes Interview, Payment of Fees, and Campus Culture Briefing.
Upon admission to SCCZ, the student should open an account with the State Bank before the class begins, and submit a copy of the first page of the bank passbook to the College Office.
Upon admission, the student must submit the Anti-Ragging Affidavit online ( www.amanmovement.org or www.antiragging.in) and submit the copy of submission statement to the College Office.
There are no re-admissions at SCCZ.
All admissions are subject to the approval of Rajiv Gandhi University.

The Fees shall be paid according to the Fee Structure, as per the instalment provisions. The first installment of the tuition fee must be paid on the day of admission. Failure to pay further installments at the notified dates will result in appropriate censures.
Students shall keep the ‘Student Copy’ of the challan as well as all receipts issued by the College for future reference.
Claretines who have passed a lower semester under Rajiv Gandhi University B. A./ B. Com program is eligible to apply to the next higher semester. Admission to the higher semesters are generally open to only Claretines who are in good standing, who have cleared the previous semester studies, as per the RGU provisions. Minimum 75% attendance for curricular and co-curricular activities without the assistance of the ‘Leave of Absence Slip’ is needed for promotion. The College reserves the right to deny re-admission to any student if he/she had been booked for any serious indiscipline and his/her conduct/performance had been far from satisfactory and/or scandalous in the previous year(s). Those who have less than 60% of attendance in the previous semester may not be granted admission. The eligible students may apply in the prescribed promotional application form, issued from the College Office.

As a general policy, Rajiv Gandhi University discourages inter-college transfer of students. Therefore, SCCZ too discourages transfer applications. However, in a special circumstance, a candidate may be admitted to SCCZ on transfer provided SCCZ has the same combination the transfer applicant studied in the previous institute and he/she has a good attendance, conduct, and performance track record. A transfer applicant must produce due permission statement from RGU as well as transfer certificate, proof of classes attended, inter-college migration certificate from the college last attended, and written permission from RGU. He/she must apply to SCCZ on the prescribed Admission Application form & Promotional Application Form (if it is to a higher semester), with the documents listed below.
