Admission process will begin after the declaration of Class XII results by CBSE for Arunachal Pradesh.

Those students with an aggregate of 45% and above in Class XII/ 10+2/ Intermediate examination of CBSE/ CISCE/ any state board/ NIOS or its equivalent may apply for admission.

Online Submission

  • Only Online Applications will be received at SCCZ
  • SCCZ Online Application Portal will be open on the College Website (www.sccz.edu.in) after the declaration of the CBSE Class XII results.
  • All necessary instructions are provided on the SCCZ Online Application Portal.
  • The Online Application must be duly filled, all necessary documents be uploaded in the given format, and the Application fee remitted in order to be considered for admission.
  • Incomplete forms will be rejected

Online Submission

Offline submission of Admission Forms will be subject to permission from District/ State Administration, and the prevalent situation

Admission

  • Admission will be on a merit cum first come- first served basis, and/ or through a personal interview with the Principal.
  • All applications received by SCCZ will be reviewed by the admissions board constituted for the same.
  • After the review, shortlisted applicants will be informed of the interview date and time.
  • Applicants who are selected after the interview must complete the admission process through payment of fees and submission of hard copies of the required documents within the stipulated date.
  • All admission are subject to the approval of the affiliating University (RGU)

Documents required (2 photocopies each to be submitted to the College Office)

  • Class X Marksheet
  • Class XII Marksheet (or of its equivalent exam admissible by RGU)
  • Transfer Certificate
  • ST/SC Certificate
  • Migration Certificate (only for a candidate who has completed Class XII from another board other than CBSE)
  • Eligibility Certificate (only for a candidate who has done a course other than 10+2 pattern)
  • Gap Certificate (only for a candidate who has had break in years after Class XII)
  • Inner Line Permit (only for non-Arunachalee)
  • Aadhar Card
  • First page of Bank Pass Book (SBI)
  • Passport size Photo (Recent photograph with white background, with at least 70% face area.

Important information

  • The above documents must be kept ready for uploading and photocopies of the same must be submitted to the college.
  • Original documents will be required for verification.
  • If any of the above documents are not available at the time of Form Submission, it should be notified to the college office and submitted at the earliest.
  • The responsibility of submitting authentic documents lies with the applicant.
  • Any discrepancy arising out of submission of fake/ counterfeit/ erroneous documents will result in the cancellation of admission/ debarring of admitted student, and legal proceedings will be initiated against such applicants

Specific Norms For Promotion To Higher Semesters

Claretines who have passed a lower semester under Rajiv Gandhi University B. A./ B. Com program are eligible to apply to the next higher semester. Admission to the higher semesters are generally open to only Claretines who are in good standing, who have cleared the previous semester studies, as per the RGU provisions. Minimum 75% attendance for curricular and co-curricular activities without the assistance of the ‘Leave of Absence Slip’ is needed for promotion. The College reserves the right to deny re-admission to any student if he/she had been booked for any serious indiscipline and his/her conduct/performance had been far from satisfactory and/or scandalous in the previous year(s). Those who have less than 60% of attendance in the previous semester may not be granted admission. The eligible students may apply in the prescribed promotional online application form.

  • University Registration Card
  • Marks Card of the last semestral examination passed.
  • 3 Passport-size & 3 Stamp-size Photographs (only during admission to the third and the fifth semesters)
  • Inner Line Permit(For non-Arunachalee)

Specific Norms For Transfer Admissions

As a general policy, Rajiv Gandhi University discourages inter-college transfer of students. Therefore, SCCZ too discourages transfer applications. However, in a special circumstance, a candidate may be admitted to SCCZ on transfer provided SCCZ has the same combination the transfer applicant studied in the previous institute and he/she has a good attendance, conduct, and performance track record. A transfer applicant must produce due permission statement from RGU as well as transfer certificate, proof of classes attended, inter-college migration certificate from the college last attended, and written permission from RGU. He/she must apply to SCCZ on the prescribed Admission Application form & Promotional Application Form (if it is to a higher semester), with the documents listed below.

  • Change of Exam Centre Form duly signed by relieving college and RGU authorities
  • Marks Card of the last semestral examination passed
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Proof of attendance at the last college (with the percentage of attendance)

  • ST/SC Certificate
  • 5 Passport-size & 3 Stamp-size Photographs
  • Gap Certificate (For a candidate who has had break in years after the last examination)
