Completed the CIA requirements.

No dues pending with the College.
Good standing as a student.

Once the Exam Office approves the application for ESE and releases the Admit Cards, they are issued to the student one week before the commencement of the ESE. To receive the Admit Card, a student should have fulfilled the following:
Clear all dues to the College (fees or fines).
Produce the No Due Certificate, duly signed by the HoDs of concerned departments, Librarian, Canteen Authority, Cashier, Hostel Warden (if applicable), and any other department/centre owed dues.

Results & Progression
Publication of Results
The Examinations Office ensures results are published on the ERP.
Students receive their results online in their personal ERP login.
Progression
A student not permitted to appear for the ESE must repeat the semester to be eligible next time.
A student who appears for the ESE and passes all courses progresses to the next semester.
Students who fail one or more courses progress to the next higher semester, but must appear for and clear the failed course(s) when next offered.
Additional Guidelines
A student has a maximum of three chances (excluding the first appearance) to clear a back paper.
Students must complete their Undergraduate Degree Programme within 6 academic years from the date of admission.
If a student clears the sixth (final) semester examination before clearing all back papers, the final result is withheld by the College until all back papers are cleared.
