Learn, lead and serve with purpose at SCCZ.

Saint Claret College (Autonomous), Ziro provides separate, well-managed residential facilities for both male and female students within the campus, offering a safe, disciplined, and conducive environment for academic learning and holistic development. Hostel admission is granted only to students who have secured admission to the College and is subject to the availability of seats and compliance with the hostel rules and regulations.

Students seeking hostel accommodation shall submit the prescribed Hostel Application Form along with the College Admission Application within the notified deadline. Hostel admission is ordinarily based on merit, genuine need, availability of accommodation, and the recommendations of the Hostel Admission Committee. Preference may be given to students residing in remote and distant areas who are unable to commute daily.

The names of candidates selected for hostel accommodation shall be published along with or subsequent to the College Admission List. Selected candidates are required to complete both College Admission and Hostel Admission on the date specified by the College. Failure to complete the admission formalities within the stipulated time may result in the cancellation of the hostel allotment, and the vacant seat may be offered to another eligible applicant.

Hostel residents shall submit the prescribed documents, pay the approved hostel fees and refundable security deposit, and comply with all hostel regulations issued by the College. Every resident is expected to maintain discipline, respect the rights of fellow residents, safeguard hostel property, and actively contribute to creating a healthy, secure, and harmonious residential community. Hostel accommodation is subject to satisfactory conduct and may be withdrawn for violation of hostel rules or misconduct, as determined by the College authorities.

The College reserves the right to frame, revise, or amend the Hostel Admission Policy, fee structure, and hostel regulations from time to time in the interest of efficient administration and student welfare. All decisions of the Hostel Admission Committee and the College authorities regarding hostel admission and allotment of rooms shall be final.
