IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON ADMISSIONS 2017-18

  • The minimum qualification for applying to SCCZ is: at least 45% marks in Class XII examination.(or its equivalent, recognized by RGU). See prospectus for further details. 
  • Fee for Prospectus & Application Folder: Rs.300/-
  • Filled-in applications with copies of all the relevant documents must be submitted on or before June 06th (for the first cycle), to be considered for the First Cycle of Admissions. Applications will be continued to be received till June 16th for consideration into the Second Cycle. Application may be submitted online (www.sccz.edu.in). See link below.
  • Admission will be subject to eligibility and availability of seats. Maximum number of seats in I year is 300 (B. A. general courses) + 30 (B. A. Mass Com) + 50 (B. Com)
  • There are no re-admissions at SCCZ. 
  • Upon admission to SCCZ, the student should open a zero-balance account with State Bank of India, Hapoli, before the class begins, and submit a copy of the first page of the bank passbook to the College Office.
  • Those students who do not have a minimum of 75% of the attendance cannot be admitted to the University examinations, as per the RGU Ordinance [OE. 07 #5]. Such students are not eligible for the Governmental Stipend for APST [Stipend Rules and Regulations of Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh, 2012, IV (6)]. The same rule applies to every other Stipend/Scholarship instituted or facilitated by SCCZ. Only such candidates desirous of regular attendance, academic commitment, and mature, disciplined behavior need apply. Any serious disciplinary issue may result in monetary fines including dismissal from the College. A student admitted to SCCZ shall sign an undertaking to this effect which will be legally binding on him/her.
